Norm brings almost 20 years of experience in developing strategic solutions for clients which he leverages as an accomplished broker-consultant and mediator during practice transitions. Norm is one of the original founders of Software Quality Associates, a leading software quality assurance consulting firm. He also founded the Metta Students Foundation which gives scholarships to high school students who perform random acts of love and kindness. Norm graduated from Rhode Island College with a BS in Political Science.

Peter Almonte Jr. brings over 30 years of experience to his role at Practice Exchange. As Managing Director of Trusthill Real Estate Brokerage Peter and his affiliates handle all aspects of the real estate transaction nationally.
Serving residential and commercial real estate clients for over three decades, Peter’s successful career in real estate began in 1988 when he joined the East Greenwich (RI) branch of Coldwell Banker. After several years with the firm, he then joined REMAX Metro Warwick (RI) in 1990. While at REMAX, he advanced quickly to become one of the top-producing brokers which earned him induction into the REMAX Hall of Fame. Mr. Almonte is a graduate of Providence College.

Dr. Charles Samaras, former practice owner, is a Dental Practice Transition Consultant based in the Southeast. Dr. Samaras is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and has practiced Dentistry for 36 years. For 9 years he served on the faculty at Tufts Dental as The Director of Practice Management and Associate Clinical Professor. He is a fellow of the American College of Dentists and The International College of Dentists. Dr. Samaras has authored over 50 articles appearing in several dental publications such as Inside Dentistry, Dental Economics, Dental Money Digest and Dental Product Shopper. Dr. Samaras has lectured nationally and internationally on Dental Technology, Digital Dentistry, Practice Management and Creating the Raving Fan Practice. Ryan brings a fresh perspective to the Practice Exchange team. With 7 years of experience in sales and consultant industries, he specializes in working alongside clients in order to understand their needs. This is the foundation of our business as each practice transition is truly unique. Ryan focuses on transition coordination and brokerage services. Ryan is also a licensed real estate agent and will help facilitate real estate negotiations.
Ryan received his MBA from Quinnipiac University.
As a founding member of Practice Exchange, Luke brings over seven years of experience in consulting on practice transitions. His experience has allowed him to build expertise in the dental and optometric field related to practice valuations, practice transitions, practice acquisitions, financing, and practice real estate negotiations. In particular, Luke works closely with our clients who are purchasing a practice and serves as a consultant for any matters related to the acquisition.
Luke graduated from Rhode Island College with a BS in Marketing.
