Peter leverages 27 years of specialization in practice transitions as an attorney, practice broker, practice valuation specialist, and consultant. He has personally participated in over 2,100 practice transitions and is a published author on this subject matter. Before Practice Exchange, Peter was associated with Visionary Practice Group and was president of the Almonte Fallago Group. Peter holds a Doctor of Laws degree from Cornell University, and is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross.

Norm brings almost 20 years of experience in developing strategic solutions for clients which he leverages as an accomplished broker-consultant and mediator during practice transitions. Norm is one of the original founders of Software Quality Associates, a leading software quality assurance consulting firm. He also founded the Metta Students Foundation which gives scholarships to high school students who perform random acts of love and kindness. Norm graduated from Rhode Island College with a BS in Political Science.

Ryan is also a licensed real estate agent and will help facilitate real estate negotiations.
